Continue The Journey

Are you a singer, a musician, or a songwriter? Making good music already, performing & recording, but perhaps without having ever worked on your singing voice particularly?. Perhaps you feel that there is more to access in your singing voice- more of you and your style to be discovered and refined.

Whatever it is, you’re looking to get to the next level, to hone your unique sound, and refine your art.

Your first session

Once we’ve got settled, got a cup of tea on the go- we may well start with you singing straight away. It’s great to just hear where you’re up to- so we know our starting point. We can discuss/ explore anything that you’d like to work on, you’ll get some experienced feedback, and then we’ll formulate a plan for developing your voice and moving you towards your goals.

Ideally you’ll need to set some time aside for your own personal practice. Unless a quick fix is all that’s needed (sometimes happens!) Ian will probably furnish you with some tailored exercises for you to work on. These are going to address any problem areas of your voice, or just generally give you overall workout/ exercise in your range. Take these away, get them nailed, and once mastered you’ll be ready to come back for more.
